All sessions take place inside GAP’s on-site fitness center at the SF headquarters. You’ll need your employee badge to access the space.
You can view availability and book directly through our Vagaro booking page. Simply choose your service, trainer, and preferred time slot.
Yes — we have a flexible rescheduling policy:
Private Sessions: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Group Classes: You may switch to a different group class with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations result in a full charge.
Sessions are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another GAP employee. Just let us know in advance so we can help you with the transfer.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and show up ready to move! All equipment is provided on-site.
Not at all! We work with all fitness levels, from total beginners to experienced athletes. Our focus is on sustainable progress, not perfection.
